These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AMG Care Group website, and set out the general terms on which we provide our domiciliary care services and community-based programmes. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
AMG Care Group provides domiciliary care services and community-based programmes for young people, delivered across community venues rather than from a fixed centre.
This website is provided for general information about our services, and to allow enquiries and referrals to be submitted. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict, anyone else’s use of it.
We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, programme details, availability, pricing (where applicable) and other content may change, and we do not guarantee that all information will be fully accurate, complete or current at all times.
Submitting a referral or enquiry through this website does not guarantee acceptance onto a programme or into our care service. All referrals are reviewed individually, and acceptance depends on factors such as suitability, capacity and the specific needs described.
Our community programmes (CREATE, THRIVE, LIFE, FUTURES, CONNECT) and domiciliary care services are delivered on an individualised, person-centred basis. Specific activities, timetables and support plans may be adapted for each individual, and are not guaranteed to follow a fixed structure in every case.
While we are committed to supporting positive progress, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as a particular exam result, job offer, behavioural change or health outcome) as a result of participating in our programmes or receiving our care services. Progress depends on many individual factors outside our control.
The safety and wellbeing of the people we support is our priority. All staff are required to follow our Safeguarding Policy. Where we have concerns about the safety of a child or vulnerable adult, we may need to take action — including sharing information with relevant authorities — in line with our safeguarding duties, regardless of consent.
From time to time, we may take photographs or videos during programme activities for record-keeping, progress-tracking or promotional purposes (such as on our website or social media). We will only use images of a young person or care service user where appropriate consent has been obtained from the individual and/or their parent, guardian or referring organisation.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and programme materials — is owned by or licensed to AMG Care Group, unless otherwise stated. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
This website may contain links to third-party websites (such as partner organisations or referral bodies). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party websites, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMG Care Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns. We aim to respond to and resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
