Fitness, healthy habits and confidence built through fun, team and wellbeing activities — designed for young people who don’t see themselves as “sporty”.
Fitness, healthy habits and confidence built through fun, team and wellbeing activities — designed for young people who don’t see themselves as “sporty”.
The programme runs in small groups so every young person gets attention, and sessions are practical from the first week — young people are doing something, not being taught at.
Where a young person has specific goals set by a school, family or referring organisation, we build those into the plan and report back on them.
Movement, warm-ups and building activity into a normal week.
Non-contact boxing fitness for focus, coordination and confidence.
Group activities that build cooperation and communication under pressure.
Sleep, hydration, food basics and energy through the day.
Managing stress, recognising triggers and practical coping strategies.
Setting individual targets and seeing measurable improvement.
An indicative structure. Content and pace are adjusted to the group.
