Our Approach

We believe every young person has potential. Our approach is built around engagement, development, and progression.

1. Engage

Build positive relationships and identify interests.

2. Develop

Introduce practical activities and meaningful challenges.

3. Build

Develop confidence, skills, independence and communication.

4. Progress

Set goals, monitor development and identify next steps.

No two young people are the same.

Where appropriate, we work with the young person, their family or the referring organisation to identify individual strengths, interests and development goals.

Activities are then selected according to the young person’s interests and objectives, so the programme stays relevant and engaging rather than following a fixed script.

Possible focus areas

AMG Care Group does not currently operate from a permanent youth centre.

We deliver programmes using suitable community venues and facilities. That lets us provide flexible provision without young people having to attend a traditional centre-based setting.

Who We Work With

We collaborate with individuals, families and organisations to create positive outcomes and stronger communities.

Schools

For young people who would benefit from additional community-based engagement, mentoring and skills development.

Organisations & Community Services

For organizations looking for structured activities and development programs for young people.

Families

For families seeking positive, structured opportunities that support confidence, independence, and practical skills.

Partner Organisations

We welcome opportunities to collaborate with youth, SEND, community, and support organizations to build lasting partnerships.

Measuring Progress

We believe meaningful programmes should demonstrate progress.

Where appropriate, we establish individual goals at the beginning of a programme and review progress throughout the intervention.
