Mentoring, communication and community projects — helping young people build relationships and feel part of something, for those who find social situations difficult.
Mentoring, communication and community projects — helping young people build relationships and feel part of something, for those who find social situations difficult.
Positive relationships and meaningful community experiences are central to our approach.
The programme runs in small groups (and one-to-one where appropriate) so every young person gets attention, and sessions are practical from the first week — young people are doing something, not being taught at. Where a young person has specific goals set by a school, family or referring organisation, we build those into the plan and report back on them.
One-to-one support to build trust and confidence.
Building skills to express themselves and listen to others.
Working cooperatively with others in group settings.
Taking part in activities that build self-belief.
Getting involved in local, meaningful community work.
Giving back and building a sense of purpose.
An indicative structure. Content and pace are adjusted to the group.

Progress is measured through attendance, engagement and individual targets set at the start, rather than by comparison between young people.
