We use creativity and enterprise to help young people develop practical and transferable skills.
The programme runs in small groups so every young person gets attention, and sessions are practical from the first week — young people are doing something, not being taught at. Where a young person has specific goals set by a school, family or referring organisation, we build those into the plan and report back on them.
